Fritters or Pakodas are the fulfilling evening snack with a hot cup of Tea or Coffee😄And Monsoon are officially a Pakoda season😁Here I have come up with Ragi crisp pakodas which I am sure even kids will love them. You can also add shredded cabbage or capsicum if you need. It will tastes equally great 👍👍👍
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Ragi flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tbsp Besan
1 Onion (chopped)
2 tsp Ginger paste
4 Green chillies
Few Coriander leaves
Few curry leaves
Pinch of Soda
Salt to taste
Water as per needed
Oil for frying
METHOD
Take a mixing bowl. Add in all the ingredients one by one. Sprinkle very less water and make a semi thick dough. Heat oil in a kadai. Once the oil is hot, drop in ragi mixture in small batches and deep fry till it turns crispy and and golden brown. Crispy pakodas are ready to serve hot hot.
