DILL SWEET IDLIES

Dill leaves are very good for health. These leaves have got a very strong smell so many people don't prefer using this. But I am lucky enough to say my family specially my daughter loved it. Its very delicious, its sweet and act as a best delight as a evening snacks for kids after they come from school.
If there's any left over idlies, then wht I do is, I cut into thin slices and shallow fry them with ghee. This tastes extra delicious.

INGREDIENTS.

1 Bunch Chopped Dill leaves

1 Plus Cup Roasted Rava

3/4 Cup Grated Coconut ( white part)

3 to 4 tbsp Jaggery Syrup (according to the sweetness)

1 Elachi

1 tsp Ghee.

Pinch of Salt.

METHOD

Grind dill leaves along with coconut, elachi, salt and jaggery syrup. No need to add water as the rest of the ingredients are water content. Drop them into a bowl and slowly add rava and mix till its consistency becomes thick. Make sure no lumps are formed. Grease idly mould with ghee. Pour the batter and steam for 15 to 20 min. Serve hot with ghee :)

Whole grain barley is very healthy and rich in high protein and fiber. Barley water is a good source of dietary fiber which has a good source of minerals, calcium, iron and zinc and therefore beneficial to the people suffering from arthritis and other inflammatory disease.
