ROASTED PEPPERY PEANUTS

This is the perfect crunchy namkeens that can be taken along with a sip of tea as an evening snack. Its spicy with a touch of crushed black peppers, easy to cook and is easy to serve. One can reduce the quantity of heat according to their taste. Its stays fresh for a month if it is stored in air tight containers. Do try this awesome spicy peanut recipe and satisfy ur tasty buds :)


INGREDIENTS FOR ROASTED PEANUTS.

2 Cups Raw peanuts.

Pinch of water.

1/2 tsp Salt.

INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA.

1 tbsp Crushed Black Peppers.

1 tsp Chilli powder.

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.

1 tsp Oil.

Dash of Hing.

Salt to taste.


METHOD.

In a bowl, mix peanuts and salt with a pinch of water and micro for about 6 to 7 min. Stir in to between for every 2 min to avoid burning taste. Make sure peanuts cont to cook even after removing from microwave so be carful not to turn brown.

Allow to cool and remove its shell by rubbing those in hands and break them into 2.

In a pan, heat oil. Add all the spice together and fry for 4 to 5 sec.

Add the roasted peanuts and saute till all masala's are well mixed up with peanuts.



Serve hot.
