1 Cup Wheat flour.
1/2 Cup Rava.
2 Green chillies.
2 Strings of Chopped Curry leaves.
Small piece of Ginger.
1 tsp Oil.
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep fry.
Water as per needed to make dough.
METHOD.
In a blender grind green chilli, ginger into fine paste using water.
In a mixing bowl, mix wheat flour, rava, the fine greenchilli ginger paste, curry leaves and salt. Make a dough using water as per needed. Allow to rest for a while.
Meanwhile heat oil to deep fry. Divide the dough into equal sized small balls and flatten it pressing into the extra flour. Roll it out into 4 to 5 inches round. Repeat the same process with rest of the dough. When oil is hot enough, deep fry the puries. It should take only a few second. Immediately flip it on to other side. Remove when its puff up both the side. Remove the excess oil using kitchen napkins. Serve hot.

Hey Suma..this is a quick and easy recipe for Biscuit Roti..my ma-in-law makes it in a different way-she makes some dry-bhaji kind of masala and stuffs the roti with it then deep fries it..:)Any which way,I am sure it would taste delicious:)
This is easy and sounds nice also.
Suma my mom makes it in a different way though she is from mlore she does a bhaji of urad dal with curry leaves red nd green chillies..........this is a kinda diff myt be this tastes gr8 too.
Nd in mlore Balli's(Bajji shop) Biscuit roti is gr8. :)
