First time tried Karaikudi fish curry which was just outstanding and yummicious when we had with simple steamed rice. This curry is so simple and quick to make with basic ingredients. The recipe intend to add Brinjals but I did not as I did not had enough stock. Also I wanted to prepare on the same day that I can't even wait for a day to taste this curry ;) Guys do try this excellent dish. Its a definite treat for fish lovers :) no doubt at all :) The best ever combi to have this curry is with plain steamed rice. Or with sannas or neer dosa as well :)
