INGREDIENTS
5 Brussels sprouts.
1 tbs Oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 tsp Lemon juice.
METHOD.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut off the ends of brussels and remove the outer leaves. If its too big, cut them into 2 halves.
In a bowl, add the brussels, salt and pepper and keep them for 15 min.
Transfer them to a aluminium sheet and roast them for 30 min or until the outer skin turns crisp. Then turn them on another side and roast them till the brussels turns brown.
Place them on a plate and drizzle with lime juice.
Serve hot with other veggie.
Enjoy!!

i've never tried cooking brussels this way; I like the vegetables slightly crunchy too; roasting them is a good idea.

Thats a great dish...so easy and looks delicious.
One veg i really really don't like at all is brussels sprouts and my FIL used to have in his garden and when i didn't eat them he was like how can you not eat such a excelent veg.
I roast also, which makes more crunchy and delectable! Tasty one!

I've always considered these as mini-cabbages which smell allover ur house.....My hubby is not much into these as well as cabbages....

Good idea! I didnt quite imagine what can be done with these and so never got them! I will surely try this out!
brussels are so healthy...Me too roast them and tastes great as a snack
